Shipping fee: 680 yen (tax included) nationwide by courier
Takkyubin Compact: Nationwide flat rate of 680 yen (tax included)
Nekopos or Kuroneko Yu-Packet: 680 yen (tax included) nationwide

Regarding delivery date and time

Delivery date and time: We accept requests for delivery 4 to 7 days later.
*For Takkyubin Compact, please note that the system does not allow you to select it on the site.

Shipping time

After confirming your order, we will generally ship within 5 business days. *Please note that delivery may be delayed if we are inundated with orders, or due to traffic conditions caused by weather, or during periods of congestion on transportation.

Long-term absence or incomplete address, etc.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive the product.
If the product is returned to us due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, we will resend the product, but the shipping charges will be collected upon delivery. In such cases, please make a request for redelivery within the storage period of the delivery company.
